Your role:

As the
Head of Caregiver Operations at Hublo, you will spearhead a pioneering team in the healthcare staffing sector.


This role is central to refining and executing operational processes, with the objective of improving our staffing solutions and ensuring that healthcare institutions efficiently find the necessary healthcare professionals.

Your position is crucial in driving a transformative impact in the healthcare staffing landscape.

Enhance Scalability:

Dynamically expand our operational capabilities to seamlessly adapt to the growing needs of healthcare institutions.

Foster Community Commitment:

Actively engage and sustain the enthusiasm of our expansive 700,000+ caregiver community, ensuring their continuous participation and dedication.

Optimise Platform Functionality:

Streamline Hublo's operations, transforming it into an exemplary model of efficiency in healthcare staffing.

Champion Service Excellence:

Develop and implement strategies to guarantee flawless caregiver shift management, thereby elevating the standard and dependability of our services.

Pioneer Engagement Strategies:

Drive innovative engagement initiatives, introducing novel features to strengthen and expand our caregiver network.


What we're looking for:


  • At least
    6 years of professional experience, building and leading operations teams in scaleups. Having worked in the digital recruitment space in a plus.
  • Proven track record in
    defining and implementing processes to scale operations:

    effective leadership

  • A keen understanding or experience in

    making is advantageous, as we value analytical approaches in our operations
