Quelles sont les missions ?
DECOUVREZ VOS RESPONSABILITES
La filière Supply Chain chez Radiall représente l'ensemble du réseau permettant la livraison de nos produits ou services depuis les matières premières jusqu'à nos clients finaux dans les meilleures conditions.
Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe SCM (Supply Chain Management) et hiérarchiquement rattaché(e) au directeur des opérations industrielles de la Business Unit RF&I (Radiofréquence & Interconnexion), le responsable SOIP (Sales Operations Inventory Planning) anime et facilite les processus tactique (18 mois) et stratégique (5 ans) d'équilibrage demande/ production-approvisionnement/ stock de la BU. Il coordonne les différents acteurs qui contribuent à ce processus et s'assure que les actions sont exécutées et que les données attendues sont conformes.
Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous devez poursuivre la mise en place d'un processus SOIP et son optimisation qui est un axe majeur vu la diversité de marchés adressés par la Business Unit.
En complément de ce projet, vous êtes en charge de :
- Piloter le processus S&OP et fournir les livrables associés (plan de demande, plans de charge interne et externe, stocks) aux entités concernées;
- Assurer l'équilibrage charge/capacité des productions pour les horizons tactique et opérationnel, et définir la politique de gestion des stocks;
- S'assurer de la mise à jour de la demande client (prévisions) dans les systèmes et être l'interlocuteur pour toutes les demandes sur des éclairages à court / moyen terme;
- Piloter le suivi et l'amélioration des niveaux de stock de la BU;
- Animer la revue des classes articles avec le marketing et s'assurer du bon paramétrage des systèmes.
Vous coordonnez des analystes flux & stocks sur chaque site, ainsi que des gestionnaires des prévisions, pour remplir ces missions.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
De niveau Bac +5, vous possédez une expérience préalable minimum de 5 à 8 ans sur un poste similaire au sein d'une d'une entreprise organisée en structure matricielle, sur un périmètre international et multisites. Vous maîtrisez l'anglais courant et professionnel.
Vous avez un esprit d'analyse et vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques et SAP.
Autonome, vous aimez aussi le travail transverse.
Des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir (1 à 3 fois par an) sur les autres sites du groupe.
