    Description
    PREAMBLE

    The aim of this document is to establish the terms for the provision of services related to Instrumentation Equipment studies within the AGPP project.

    Contract language: English

    PURPOSE OF THE Subcontracting

    • Quantification (Material Take-Off) with requisitions
    • Evaluation of seller offers
    • Comparison table among sellers
    • Possible involvement in seller clarification meetings.
    BASIC DOCUMENTATION
    • Project display
    • HSE booklet
    REQUIRED SKILLS

    The SERVICE PROVIDER must possess the following skills:

    • Expertise in control valves, On/Off, and Tank gauging specificities
    • Proficiency in control and on/off valves knowhow
    • Familiarity with relevant codes (API, IEC, etc.)
    • Proficiency in calculation software

    PROCEDURES - METHODOLOGY

    Adherence to project guidelines, Industry Standards, and Quality Assurance procedures is crucial, particularly in:

    • Quantification methods

    QUALITY OF DOCUMENTATION PRODUCED

    The documentation provided by the SERVICE PROVIDER should meet the quality standards outlined above, notably:
    Technical excellence.
    Content relevance.
    Professional presentation.
    All documents should be in the contract language.
