MAIN FOCUS AND CHALLENGES:

Morphe'Us is an ambitious program that will enable the Servier 2030 Group objectives.
It will provide a common IS platform to cover the entire value chain, from Planning activities, up to production, and finally distribution on our chemical and pharmaceutical activities.
Morphe'US relies on 5 distinct projects : ERP, APS, MES, MDM and Performance management that will impact functions such as supply chain, manufacturing, finance, distribution, sales.
The implementation will be sequenced starting with our 5 main industrial sites: Arklow, Bolbec, Anpharm, Toledo and Gidy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive the IT part of the Morphe'Us Program (ERP + MES + APS + MDM + Performance management):
Responsible to execute with
DDIS Sponsors and Morpheus Core Team a Program that shall participate to Group sustainability
Accountable for
IT streams execution, according to quality, planning, budget & resources (QCDR) from Program start to closing
Accountable for
IT issues management, risk analysis and mitigation plans
Prepare with the Core Team the Steering Committees and facilitates
IT decision making processes
Prepare and chair the Program Committee for the
IT Métier and the
ITMétier Committee
Alert & act in case on any issue or misalignment with suppliers and/or service Providers, at
IT level
Ensure Program reporting, communication and cascading of information, decisions and actions in
IT Métier and contribute to other Group dashboards and communications
Ensure sustainability of Program deliverables at
IT level

THE PERSON - IDEAL PROFILE

Qualifications:

Engineer, business school

Hard skills:

- :_

Experience in big projects of transformation related to Information systems (15 y)
Good knowledge of activities related to pharma Industry, on manufacturing and Supply Chain process
Competencies and experience in the information systems that will be implemented (ERP, MES, APS)
High experience in supplier management
Working language: English

Leadership skills (if necessary):

- _Management of large team and substantial budget on the long term - (Essential)_

Capacity to manage teams in complex environment (international, multicultural, different suppliers,)
Excellent competencies on communication and leadership to align and exchange with both top management and operational teams
