- Constituer, rédiger et déposer les dossiers d'enregistrements
- Suivre les dossiers de variations tout en garantissant la conformité
- Vous prenez en main les déviations qualité de production, en menant des investigations et en proposant des plans d'actions (CAPA).
- Vous êtes en charge du suivi des CAPA's.
- Vous examinez la qualité des dossiers de lot de fabrication et de conditionnement.
- Vous aidez à établir les normes de qualité pour les produits et veillez à leur mise en œuvre et respect au sein du service production.
- Vous contrôlez les documents de production dans la GED, en respectant les BPF.
- Après une formation sur le poste, vous êtes responsable de la libération des lots de produits finis, en assurant la qualité des médicaments stériles.
- Vous travaillez à développer la culture qualité dans les ateliers de production et LEAN AQ (amélioration des flux pour gagner en efficacité).
- Vous mettez en œuvre des projets qualité définis par la direction du site.
- Vous veillez à ce que les opérations pharmaceutiques soient réalisées selon les référentiels en vigueur (BPF, lignes directrices Corporate).
- Vous participez à l'établissement et au suivi des indicateurs de performance dans votre domaine d'activité et proposer des actions d'amélioration.
- Vous menez des audits Qualité sur le terrain, rédigez le rapport d'audit et suivez la mise en place d'actions correctives décidées à la suite de l'audit.
- En collaboration avec les autres services du site (production, maintenance, contrôle, etc....), vous participez à différents projets et/ou missions transverses.
- Vous êtes Pharmacien diplômé inscriptible à l'ordre et/ou prochainement thèsé, avec une spécialité en assurance qualité.
- Vous avez une appétence en assurance qualité opérationnelle avec libération de lots.
- Vous maitrisez la réglementation pharmaceutique
- Vous possédez un excellent sens relationnel, un réel sens de l'autonomie
- Vous maîtrisez l'Anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Notre client, un des leaders français dans la fabrication de produits pharmaceutiques, recherche un Pharmacien Assurance Qualité Opérationnel – Libération de Lots H/F/X. Vous intégrez la direction des Affaires Réglementaires et Qualité et êtes rattaché(e) au responsable Affaires Réglementaires Groupe.
