RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Debt Advisory division is seeking to strengthen their team with entrepreneurial professionals, wishing to participate in the development of their advisory boutique.

Purpose of the role is to undertake financial analysis and research, to prepare presentations and to manage transactions.


The core tasks include:

  • Support the team on debt advisory transactions;
  • Produce marketing materials and pitches for new business;
  • Perform financial modeling ;
  • Write client presentations and transaction materials.
  • Collect data and perform research on debt market trends;
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients in the daytoday management of transactions;
  • Start to build own network of contacts (lawyers, accountants, consultants, etc);
  • Enhance negotiation skills and termsheet drafting.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • 3 to 5 years experience in Structured Finance, Debt Advisory, Private Debt, Rating Advisory, Transaction Services or M&A;
  • Strong academic records (graduated from top tier business schools / engineering schools / universities);
  • Solid Financial Modelling skills (Excel);
  • Experience of writing presentations (PowerPoint) and Information memoranda (Word);
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Embrace an entrepreneurial team spirit;
  • Be an enthusiastic teamplayer;
  • Be highly organized and efficient, with ability to multitask and able to meet tight deadlines;
  • Enjoy excellent communication skills able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
