    Senior Brand Manager – Bourjois

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in the Consumer Beauty France division. Reporting to a marketing manager, you will get to assist in developing the 4P strategy across the French market with a focus on Bourjois in Monoprix and selective distribution

    Areas of support needed which have been so far identified:

  • Be owner of Bourjois brand (#1 for consumer beauty france, #3 in the French mass make up market). Selection from global portfolio on innovations relevant for mass distribution Define the following product and brand elements Financial: retailer+consumer price and gross margin Sales forecast based on launch potential and distribution Communication strategy (in-store+media) Ensure the best assortment and planogram optimization: the right product at the right place at the right price for the right consumer. Adapt locally the global strategy across the 4P elements
  • Develop local projects including advent calendar and partnerships with creators
  • Act as a leader with a 360 approach: always track the brand health and product launches with the different stakeholders ie commercial/merchandising/sales force/supply/demand/finance/global teams
  • Track Bourjois brand and make-up market performance through IRI panel datas and sell-in analysis and share learnings/do's and don'ts vs competition with 4P approach
  • Assist on the brand 3Y plan (estimation of gross sales/net revenues based on global innovations and local performances)

    • Qualification : graduate from business school and +5 years experience in marketing in the beauty industry, and ideally mass market.
