- Learn and understand the business functions of existing applications within the Shopfloor/Manufacturing domain.
- Participate in the transition process, including documentation and internal transition to other teams.
- Independently work on Oracle PL/SQL, including solving tickets related to PL/SQL issues.
- Coordinate with third-party application vendors to ensure tickets are resolved within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Participate in critical outage calls as required.
- Prepare high-quality status reports and present them to stakeholders if needed.
- Proven experience in the Shopfloor/Manufacturing domain.
- Strong capability in working independently on Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience in coordinating with third-party vendors and managing ticket resolution within SLA.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to participate in critical outage calls.
- Native level French language proficiency and strong business English language skills.
- Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent documentation skills and experience in transition processes.

Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Analyst with expertise in the Shopfloor/Manufacturing domain to join our team. This role requires a professional who is adept at learning existing application business functions and is capable of working independently on Oracle PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will be based out of our client's office in Belfort and must be willing to collaborate with geographically distributed teams across India and the Americas.
