Our strong and agile international team continues to grow and adapt to new challenges. Based in Grenoble (France), we are currently establishing our Verkor Innovation Centre (R&D centre and 4.0 pilot line).

In the coming years, we will focus on building the world's most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France).

With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually and creating 1200 direct jobs.

In joining us you will actively participate in this breathtaking industrial adventure toshape the future of European mobility.

You are responsible for electrical engineering for the maintenance team.

The role evolves according to daily needs.

You will be involved in the innovation center commissioning projects to ensure compliance with local regulations and with corporate technical agreements or standards for maintenance concerns.

You will support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and improvement projects engineering. You will maintain the electrical CAD database and follows up the standard work and the design of our Gigafactory.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing engineering support to maintenance team to which you are attached
  • Participate in equipment startup and commissioning tests SAT and FAT and check the deliverables
  • Develop and maintain electrical system diagrams
  • Collaborating with the maintenance and automation engineer of the maintenance team to optimize daily maintenance short and longterm requirements
  • Collaborate with product and process engineering team to optimize the manufacturing flow
  • Perform electrical design for improvement projects handled by the maintenance team in the innovation center
  • Collaborate with HSE team to ensure safety compliance with the local regulations, especially for machines
  • Deployment of predictive maintenance 4.0
  • Manage the electrical spare sparts
  • Provide advanced level of troubleshooting support as needed for electrical field to the maintenance team

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
  • 510 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering, especially in industrial special machinery
  • 35 years of experience in maintenance department
  • Experience with products sensitive and environmental conditions demanding industries
  • Provides support for advanced troubleshooting of electrical issues
  • Expert knowledge of low voltage distribution electrical CAD, control systems and control instrumentation
  • High knowledge of Eplan and AutoCAD software
  • Master machinery low voltage, EMC, safety and ATEX local regulations
  • Expert knowledge and experience in safety risk assessment and safety electrical CAD
  • Master Sistema software
  • Problem solving and decision analysis skills

Nice to Have:


  • Experience in Utilities/HVAC systems
  • Clean room and dry room experience
  • Knowledge of SEE Electrical
  • Knowledge of NEMA and other foreign symbolic standards

Languages:


  • Fluent French is mandatory,
  • English professional proficiency is required,
  • Korean professional proficiency will be useful.
