Le poste
:Rattaché au Responsable Ingénierie France, votre rôle est de définir et de gérer les plans d'investissement industriel pour le département Fabrication et Conditionnement des Laboratoires Clarins. Vous pilotez la mise en œuvre des projets industriels de la Fabrication et du Conditionnement en animant une équipe de professionnels. Vous vous assurez que les travaux sont exécutés dans le respect des règles QHSSE, des coûts et des délais, tout en coordonnant des équipes multidisciplinaires.
La mission :
Vous définissez la stratégie de mise en œuvre et les moyens de réalisation des projets,
Vous définissez et contrôlez les modalités de pilotage et de fonctionnement des projets,
Vous établissez les cahiers des charges, les exigences et spécifications liées aux projets,
Vous planifiez, lancez, suivez et contrôlez le déroulement des projets (planning, budget, etc.),
Vous pilotez ou supervisez les prestataires externes, fournisseurs ou sous-traitants éventuels,
Vous coordonnez les équipes et les personnes impliquées dans le projet (encadrants de la fabrication, du conditionnement, de la maintenance, HSE...),
Vous contrôlez la conformité des équipements, des conditions de travail, des processus et des installations au regard des normes, des exigences et réglementations applicables chez Clarins,
Vous établissez tout bilan et reporting sur vos projets, les réalisations, les études, les coûts et le planning,
Vous pilotez la formation, la communication et la gestion du changement liée à vos projets.
Vous êtes :
Incollable sur les process de fabrication et de conditionnement, idéalement en industrie cosmétique ou pharmaceutique
Autonome
Fédérateur
Vous apportez :
Un diplôme d'ingénieur consolidé par un expérience de 5 ans minimum en process et au sein d'un département Fabrication et Conditionnement de produits cosmétiques idéalement (sinon pharmaceutique ou agro-alimentaire),
Une solide capacité à travailler en mode projet avec une forte transversalité et à optimiser la gestion de votre temps,
Des compétences aiguisées en analyse des risques QHSSE et DFMEA en application des règlements et protocoles associés,
La connaissance des opérations unitaires, hygiène industrielle, utilités (thermiques pour la plupart) acquises lors de vos expériences professionnelles antérieures,
La capacité à être en interface avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires, en internes et en externes (prestataires, fournisseurs), à animer et encadrer des équipes en transverse,
Un très bon niveau de communication orale et écrite,
De solides capacités d'analyse et de synthèse,
La maîtrise du Pack Office et d'Autocad.
