6 months Internship starting in August 2024:

Summary:

Aveda EMEA wish to appoint a Digital Education Assistant based in the Paris Regional Office and reporting to the Education & Events Operations Manager.

The role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Education team to ensure the smooth running of the departments.

The role will include a range of administrative, creative, and analytical duties including ad hoc business reporting and analysis, Aveda updates and core training support.

Responsibilities:

Create and collate social media content for Sephora and Aveda retail education Europe
Considerable amount of administration
Present at montly market calls prepare power point presentaions
Create and update excel trackers
Support the EMEA markets with navigating aveda education platform and sharepoint
Build elearnings using articualte 360 riser software
Collate competitor intel
Research hair trends follow fashion weeks activity and share influences related to hair and colour

Qualifications

English proficiency an other language is a plus
Masters Degree or Equivalent (Bac +4/5) in Fashion, Media, Event, Art/Creative studies...
Proficient with Powerpoint and Excel.
At least one previous experience.
