For our office at Le Bourget du Lac we are looking for a Marketing Manager (all genders).
The role requires fluency in English and has a potential for some hybrid work.

What will your new role be:

  • Manage the in-country marketing function with accountability for marketing goals and target metrics as defined by the marketing strategy within allocated budget and resources.
  • Close alignment with sales, for an integrated approach to strategy, account management, and conversion of marketing generated prospects to customers.
  • Lead and execute all regional marketing activities to generate leads, identify and develop new customers and build brand awareness across target countries/audiences.
  • Develop and support execution of effective integrated marketing campaigns specific to each targeted country utilising appropriate on and offline tactics.
  • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing methods, costs, and results against ROI.
  • Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings
  • Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
  • Manage, inspire and lead the SER Marketing team

Your skills:


  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related area
  • 5+ years of successful marketing or related experience
  • Experience in developing, planning and successfully executing marketing strategies, and integrated on and offline programs.
  • Experience of leading, managing and developing junior to midlevel staff.
  • Excellent standard of professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
  • Comfortable adapting and working within an environment of change
  • Confidence to effectively operate in a fast paced, crossfunctional international environment.
