- Support au déploiement d'une maquette excel des fonctionnalités du futur outil, intégrant l'ensemble des activités du Métier PI
- S'approprier le modèle de coût et les spécificités process/outils Alstom (, Anaplan, PM2020) en relation avec nos équipes Finance et Costing Metier pour spécifier l'intégartion de la maquette excel dans les outils Alstom.
- S'interfacer et coordonner les équipes informatiques de Bangalore, développeur du futur outil
- Valider l'outil développé par les équipes informatiques
- Réaliser un guide utilisateur
- Développer et déployer la formation de prise en main de l'outil
- Assurer le support aux utilisateurs finaux
- Documenter les FAQ
- bon niveau d'anglais professionnel (écrit et oral)
- connaissance en évaluation financière, modèle de coûts

OBJECTIFS DE LA MISSION :
Nous recherchons un (e) apprenti(e) pour notre entité Services. Au sein des équipes centrales de garantie/Product Introduction (PI), vous aurez pour objectifs le support au déploiement international d'un outil d'estimation de coûts spécifique au Métier PI en phase d'offre, la spécification de sa future intégration dans les outils standards de Costing au niveau Alstom, le suivi du développement, la documentation et formation associée
