- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity
- Organize and structure content, including text, images, graphs, charts, and multimedia elements, to ensure clarity and coherence.
- Design or source relevant graphics, icons, and illustrations to complement the content's message and engage the audience.
- Create clear and effective data visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to illustrate key points or trends.
- Review content for errors in grammar, punctuation, and layout, and make necessary corrections.
- Manage library of visual assets
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing
- Set up / Organize Sales Webinars
- Manage 3DEXPERIENCE Works Newsletter
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, or Google Slides
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
- Great Communication Skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus

As the Content Specialist, you will work closely with the 3DEXPERIENCE Works team to create engaging visuals for various digital content that resonate with our core audiences – customers, internal employees and the sales ecosystem. He/she will be responsible for effectively translating business ideas into visual content to convey information, ideas, or data. He/She will play a vital role in creating visually appealing and engaging content for a variety of purposes, such as presentations for business meetings, marketing materials, sales pitches, and other.
