The Position


We are looking for an experienced Product Owner for Die to work with and support the daily activities of our Cimatron software development teams, taking ownership of the product and ensuring that it meets the needs and requirements of the end users.

They gather user stories and create user cases to manage the vision and execution of product development throughout the development lifecycle—known as a sprint.

Our Product Owners are the primary liaison between Product Marketing and Product Development. This role can be based out of Europe or USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Product Lifecycle
  • Work with Product Marketing Manager and Key Stakeholders to help develop product roadmap and set priorities
  • Translate product roadmap features into welldefined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure the execution of the product roadmap through development, testing, and release of the software
  • Work with QA to develop use cases / test cases for product features.
  • Prepare and present sales and ops training materials (train the trainers)
  • Write knowledge base articles and other key technical documents to support product features and fixes in each release
  • Gather, analyze, and report appropriate metrics (from usage analytics, bug reports, surveys, etc.) to determine future investment (future fixes and features)
  • Being a knowledge center, gapping R&D, QA, and International support
  • Manage Development Processes
  • Prioritize and maintain backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders while keeping customer needs front and center
  • Work closely with the development teams to ensure an efficient implementation process.
  • Work with DevOps to ensure the systems and tools used by product management function at peak efficiency and maximum availability
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure proper coverage by automation testing
  • Contribute (as needed and available) to the QA process (especially for new features) and to walkins and desk checks to ensure fixes and features meet specs
  • Understand and prioritize business critical fixes for minor releases
  • Ensure that the development cycle serves the product roadmap, adjusting and perfecting as needed to keep development doing the right work in the right way
Minimum Qualifications/Experience

  • Good knowledge of the CAD/CAM industry
  • Experience and knowledge in the Die Market
  • Excellent knowledge of the product that will be managed, including some awareness of the product history.
  • Very good communication and customer relationship skills
  • Some experience with global teams.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Technical and detailed orientation with very strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex and varied processes while understanding the effect of decisions on business revenue.
  • Some experience in software product lifecycle management
