Poste : Au sein d'un environnement international, vous aurez les missions suivantes :

-co-création, gouvernance et reporting des budgets pour les projets de R&D et d'innovation avec les Responsables Ingénierie/Gestion de Programme,
-analyser des coûts et des avantages des initiatives de R&D, fournir des informations à la haute direction sur l'impact financier des investissements en R&D,
-représenter les Finances au sein de l'Organisation de Gestion de Projet et soutenir la Direction de Projet pour les tâches économiques et financières,
- identifier les opportunités d'optimisation des dépenses de R&D tout en maintenant la qualité et l'avancement des projets,
- s'assurer que les dépenses de R-D sont conformes aux normes comptables et aux réglementations fiscales pertinentes, et que la documentation est en place pour les crédits d'impôt ou les incitatifs liés aux activités de recherche.
-préparer des rapports financiers réguliers et des prévisions pour les projets de R&D, communiquer la performance financière aux parties prenantes et faire des recommandations d'ajustements, si nécessaire,
-participer au processus de clôture de fin de mois,
-évaluer les risques financiers associés aux projets de R&D et mettre en place des stratégies pour les atténuer,
-gérer les données et reporting/prévisionnel : contribuer aux projets de digitalisation corporate et R&D,
-contribuer à l'élaboration de stratégies de R-D en fournissant des informations financières et en participant aux processus décisionnels.
Profil : Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience à un poste similaire. Familier avec les méthodologies d'établissement des coûts, vous avez de solides compétences en Excel et Power BI et avez des compétences analytiques et conceptuelles. Vous êtes bon communiquant, force de proposition, comprenez les enjeux business, êtes autonome et proactif. La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
