Contexte du poste :
Lacheteur site sélectionne, négocie et achète les biens et services de son périmètre local (dont réactifs, consommables, équipements, services industriels et non industriels) dans le respect des délais, de la qualité et des coûts. Il travaille en conformité avec les engagements éthiques et la stratégie de lentreprise et assure latteinte des objectifs de la fonction achat groupe en termes de performance, cost et cash.
Principales missions :
1/ Opérations
Gérer en première ligne tous les sujets liés aux achats sur son site;
Analyser, challenger et traiter des demandes dachats émises par les différents services dans un objectif cost & cash permanent;
Lancer et suivre des appels doffre et analyser les propositions des fournisseurs;
Sélectionner la meilleure offre pour Seqens en respect avec les exigences qualité et réglementaires de lactivité Celle & Gene;
Créer les commandes dachat stratégiques dans lERP (dont achat direct);
Garantir et faire respecter les engagements contractuels et la qualité de de service (OTIF, RFT);
Gérer les réclamations liées aux achats et assurer un reporting approprié;
Renseigner les tableaux de bord de la performance Achats et remonter des informations clés de son périmètre à la direction des achats et au directeur de la Business Unit;
Identifier les risques et/ou aléas pouvant impacter les commandes, remonter les informations à sa hiérarchie et développer des business continuity plans.
2/ Stratégie et gestion du panel fournisseurs
Assurer le déploiement local des stratégies globales en sassurant la mobilisation des équipes adéquates grâce à une communication étroite avec ses clients internes;
Remonter les besoins locaux spécifiques au category manager et/ou au lead buyer;
Assurer une veille continue de ses marchés amont pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités (en partenariat avec la communauté achat Seqens) et pour enrichir lanalyse des dépenses;
Evaluer la performance des fournisseurs selon les référentiels applicables.
3/ Amélioration continue
· Adopter les process de sourcing stratégiques pertinents;
· Identifier et déployer des opportunités de projets de diminution de coûts, de création de valeur et de gain de cash;
· Supporter et promouvoir activement la fonction achat groupe;
· Assurer un dialogue ouvert et direct avec les responsables de services de son site.
