Description
We are looking for a Support Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers.

In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. You will configurated and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.


The role more than often requires you to seek big responsibility and it is important that you can work independently.

You will

  • Handle customer issues and provide dedicated support
  • Handle Software Update Management (SUM)
  • Performing preventive maintenance, platform dimensioning and health checks
  • Project support: handling technical issues during new installations and upgrades
  • Develop and manage relationship with all partners internally and externally
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Performing oncall duties when required
To be successful in the role you must have

  • Min 3 years of experience in a technical role: Integration Engineer, Support Engineer or similar
  • Domain experience: BSS, Charging System (SDP, AIR, CCN, OCC, IVR), BSCS, EOC, ECM, EMM.
  • Good troubleshooting skills for

BSS:
Collecting logs from platforms, Installation of EP, deploying new Licenses

  • Planning & organization skills
  • Negotiation & argumentation skills
  • Presentation & communication skills
  • French and English proficiency is required
