Job Summary


The Digital Media and Advertising Operations Analyst is a new and exciting role which will be vital member of success for the media business in Europe which needs the most premium video inventory owners to propose to buyers - such as media agencies, trading desks, DSPs or brands to drive successful business outcomes at scale.

Digital Media and Advertising Operations Analyst is a new role and will be a vital component of success for the digital media business in Europe, which needs the most premium video inventory owners to propose to buyers - such as Broadcasters, major digital media publishers, to drive successful business outcomes at scale.


  • Work with relevant stakeholders to design and implement processesand controls around media campaigns, rate cards and billing.
  • Focussing on the delivery of sales operations and processes covering but not limited to documentation, processing, booking, campaign management and engagement, data entry accuracy and package troubleshooting.
  • Assist with revenue reporting, Salesforce processes, and operational strategy.
  • Work closely with both supply and demand teams to optimize yield, forecast delivery and timely reporting.
  • Partner with product marketing to support deal specific research and sales deal closings.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis involving multiple areas of the business (sales, pricing, product, etc).
  • Work crossfunctionally to refine process and functions and drive revenue growth for our media sales teams.
  • Present excellent communication and problemsolving skills, and the ability to think strategically while being analytical and detail oriented.

Required Skills and Experience

  • General knowledge and interest in the digital media planning and buying process.
  • Detail oriented, strong organization skills & ability to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in sales operations
  • Previous experience in the agency or digital marketing side is an advantage.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Salesforce experience is an advantage.
  • Able to work onsite for 3x per week in the Paris office.
  • Effective spoken and written communications in French & English.
  • Experience working with commercial leadership across different EU countries.
