- Être le représentant QA SME dans le projet d'implémentation SAP en défendant le bon niveau de mise en œuvre de la qualité dans tous les processus de la future usine pharmaceutique.
- Collaborer avec toutes les parties prenantes pour configurer les systèmes afin de répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l'usine pharmaceutique.
- Développer et dispenser en collaboration avec le manager en charge des trainings les programmes de formation pour former le personnel de l'usine à l'utilisation de Veeva.
- Fournir un support aux utilisateurs de Veeva, garantissant un haut niveau de compétence et de conformité.
- Soutenir la préparation des inspections réglementaires liées à la gestion documentaire.
- Maitrise minimum, ingénieur junior, dans un domaine pertinent (tel que les technologies de l'information, les sciences de la vie ou une discipline connexe).
- Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience en assurance qualité ou en affaires réglementaires au sein de l'industrie pharmaceutique.
- Expérience antérieure dans la mise en œuvre et la gestion de systèmes qualité électroniques, de préférence avec le logiciel Veeva.
- Forte compréhension des réglementations GXP EudraLex et des normes 21 CFR.
- Excellente compétences en communication et relation interpersonelles.

- Develop and deliver in collaboration with the training manager training programs to educate plant personnel on the use of Veeva.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Veeva users, ensuring a high level of proficiency and compliance.
- Support the preparation for regulatory inspections related to document management.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of Veeva, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as information technology, life sciences, or a related discipline).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance or regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Previous experience in the implementation and management of electronic quality systems, preferably with Veeva software.

L'associé assurance qualité et réglementation pour la mise en œuvre des systèmes qualité électroniques (logiciels Veeva et SAP) jouera un rôle clé pour assurer l'implantation, la configuration et la gestion continue réussies d'un système qualité électronique utilisant le logiciel Veeva au sein d'une nouvelle usine de fabrication pharmaceutique.

The Quality Assurance & Regulatory Associate for electronic quality systems Implementation (Veeva Software and SAP) is a key role in ensuring the successful implementation, configuration and ongoing management of an electronic quality System using Veeva software within a new pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
The Veeva landscape will cover all the key quality activities as Document Management, Change Control, Training, Audit flow, Supplier management, Deviation, CAPA and NC, OOS.
In parallel the QA & R Associate will be part of the new SAP ERP implementation ensuring the right level of quality is in place in the project for all the activities related to the new pharmaceutical manufacturing plant implementation.
This position focuses on being the main quality SME in the scope of these electronic systems implementation projects ensuring compliance with GXP standards, particularly Eudralex and 21 CFR requirements, establishing efficient processes.
