Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Apprenti(e) Total Rewards pour rejoindre notre équipe de Total Rewards au sein des Ressources Humaines sur notre campus de Fontainebleau pour une durée d'un an (à partir de septembreL'apprenti(e) Total Rewards soutiendra l'équipe Total Rewards en contribuant à différentes activités dans les domaines Total Rewards, Benefits et Global Mobility.
Au sein de l'équipe Total Rewards et en contact avec différentes parties prenantes (managers, équipes RH, fournisseurs externes), l'apprenti sera impliqué dans :
• Soutenir l'implémentation du module Compensation dans le nouveau SIRH Oracle.
• Créer les packages de rémunération pour les recrutements externes et les mutations internes.
• Contribuer à divers projets ad hoc selon les besoins de l'équipe.
Sensibilité culturelle et aisance à travailler dans un environnement international multiculturel
• Bon niveau d'anglais
• A l'aise avec Excel et Pack Office
• Volonté d'atteindre le niveau Master
