As an HR & Payroll Supervisor, you will be leading a team that provides expert payroll and HR advice to a diverse range of international clients.

You will work alongside the HR & Payroll Manager to provide excellent client service with high-quality solutions, and also be supported for your growth at TMF Group.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in customer relations, conducting meetings and conference calls with the Manager and clients
  • Partners and supports the managers in team evaluation, promoting initiatives, transmitting information, deploying procedures, and recruitment and training of newjoiners
  • Monitor the progress of the work and ensure compliance with deadlines throughout the portfolio through the schedule
  • Followup of the Out of Scope tasks ensure billing, procedures, team reporting of extra time (if applicable)
  • Staying uptodate as labour law evolves

About you

  • Ideally, you meet the following criteria:_
  • More than 5 years of experience preferably in similar companies (payroll delivery) / BPOs
  • High School Diploma and/or Degree in Economics or Law
  • Advanced knowledge of English (B2+)
  • Proficient user of MS Office package
  • Indepth knowledge of the French Payslips' System and Labour Law
  • Indepth knowledge of SILAE would be considered an advantage
  • Ability to delegate tasks to support staff with a clear explanation, able to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easytounderstand manner
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, escalating concerns as appropriate
  • A highly responsible and organized person with good communication skills and a problemsolving attitude
  • A trustworthy team member who considers those around them
