Job Description:

The Global Marketing & Communication Team for Hotel Development is looking for his/her Assistant Manager Marketing.

Our role is to generate visibility and create preference for Accor in a B2B perspective. We bring all the necessary support to Development Teams across the world to increase the number of hotels signings.

In this context, the missions of the Assistant Manager Marketing are:

  • Managing the internal communication (Intranet, Newsletter...)
  • Organizing global internal meetings (Development forums, Monthly calls...)
  • Creating internal and external supports for Global Chief Development Officer presentations (ExCom member)
  • Managing ongoing internal trainings for developers by creating and animating MOOC sessions
  • Managing owners CRM database and owners queries relative to privileged program
  • Bringing support in organizing dedicated events for owners

Qualifications:

Speak fluently english and french

Good organization and project management skills

Solution oriented mindset

Marketing and communication appeal

Master of powerpoint and good knowledge of excel

Additional Information

The job can be based in Paris or London - remote work (2 days per week max) is possible.
