We are seeking an Architect to contribute to our consulting missions and ServiceNow integration projects for our clients. Within the Infrastructure & Cloud Services unit, you will join the C-NextGen team, consisting of over 70 Consultants & Experts in France. You will have the opportunity to be part of the European community of 400 ServiceNow ESM Consultants & Experts.

In concrete terms, what will your daily life look like?

• Lead and support innovation initiatives
• Participate in technical committees and ongoing technological watch
• Guide project teams in designing and integrating new technical infrastructure solutions

• Ensure solution integrity in pre-sales phases

Your mission:

Oversee the quality and integration of architecture, including technical specifications, developments, testing, and deployment of business solutions. Collaborate with internal and external technical stakeholders and functional decision-makers at client sites. This high-responsibility role demands a deep understanding of client challenges and core business issues.

Collaborate closely with technical architects and application owners on the client side to assess key technological decisions' impacts. Engage with pre-sales teams to design and propose technical solutions that meet client requirements during bids and commercial consultations.

Provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities such as creating models and Proof of Concept/Value (POC/POV). Your profile:

Your attributes such as organizational skills, customer service orientation, adaptability, and teamwork abilities are key to excelling in this role. You should be proactive in implementing IT transformation projects and possess strong writing skills and analytical mindset.

Hold a master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with significant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required. Extensive background in Information Systems architecture, interface/API design and implementation, programming, and IT project management is crucial. Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM) and related areas is a plus.

Prior experience in pre-sales, along with certifications in ITIL, Scrum, or TOGAF, will be advantageous. If you have a curious mind and aspire for continual technical growth, this position is tailored for you.
