what you'll do:

The People Onboarding Team is dedicated to design and deliver the New Doctolibers experience in their first six months.

You will contribute to this mission by shaping the learning programs delivered directly by the team, and by influencing processes around the experience.

You will be able to work in a truly international environment, learning from experienced program managers in France, Germany and Italy.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support the digital transformation of the onboarding programs and process
Curate the team's knowledge management on the corporate intranet
Support planning and delivery of the team initiatives through

- calendars management
- data tracking
