    Vous êtes un leader passionné.e à la recherche d'un défi excitant dans le domaine de la gestion de la maintenance assistée par ordinateur (GMAO) ? Nous recherchons un chef de projet GMAO dynamique et expérimenté.e pour rejoindre notre équipe.     Vos responsabilités :

    • Planification stratégique : Définir une feuille de route claire pour l'implémentation de Maximo.
    • Gestion de projet : Diriger et coordonner toutes les phases du projet, de la conception à la mise en œuvre.
    • Communication et collaboration : Assurer une communication transparente entre toutes les parties prenantes.
    • Configuration personnalisée : Adapter Maximo aux besoins spécifiques de l'entreprise en le configurant.
    • Formation et support : Fournir une formation approfondie et un support continu pour garantir une adoption réussie par les utilisateurs.
    • Évaluation et amélioration continue : Évaluer régulièrement les performances de Maximo et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle.

    Vos qualifications :

    • Leadership de projet : Diriger efficacement des projets GMAO de grande envergure.
    • Expertise technique : Utiliser une connaissance pointue de Maximo pour configurer le système avec précision.
    • Gestion d'équipe : Encadrer les membres de l'équipe et allouer les ressources de manière optimale.
    • Communication stratégique : Assurer une communication transparente avec les parties prenantes.
    • Résolution de problèmes : Identifier et résoudre les défis rencontrés tout au long du projet.
    • Amélioration continue : Optimiser constamment les processus pour une efficacité opérationnelle maximale.
