Quelles sont les missions ?
Rattach? au Directeur G?n?ral des Services Techniques, vous participez ? la d?finition de la politique de d?veloppement urbain et d'attractivit? territoriale de la collectivit? et traduisez les orientations politiques en plans d'actions et/ou projets. Vous assurez le management, l'animation et le pilotage technique, administratif et financier d'une Direction compos?e de 17 agents r?partis dans les Services suivants : Droit des sols, Foncier, ?tudes et Planifications, Attractivit? territoriale, accessibilit? et pr?vention risque incendie, Administratif. Vous accompagnez les cadres interm?diaires et veillez ? assurer une coh?sion globale ainsi qu'une transversalit? entre les secteurs.
Vous concevez et-ou participez au montage de projets de d?veloppement territorial et ?tes le garant de leur bonne mise en œuvre afin de dynamiser la Ville de Bagnolet. Vous pilotez l'ensemble des moyens n?cessaire ? leur mise en œuvre en op?rant des choix techniques en coh?rence avec les orientations politiques des ?lus. Vous conseillez ces derniers et les alerter sur les risques (techniques, juridiques) li?s aux projets. Vous mettez en oeuvre les orientations de la collectivit? en mati?re d'observation, de planification et de concertation. Vous vous investissez dans la relation partenariale avec les diff?rents partenaires et acteurs associ?s ? la politique de d?veloppement en d?fendant les int?r?ts de la collectivit?.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
De formation sup?rieure en urbanisme et am?nagement, vous poss?dez de solides connaissances dans les domaines du foncier, de l'urbanisme, tant sur le volet r?glementaire qu'op?rationnel. Manager aguerri, vous savez accompagner le changement et les agents dans un souci d'am?lioration continue de la qualit? de service rendu. Dot? d'une vision strat?gique et prospective, vous ?tes en capacit? d'accompagner la hi?rarchie et les ?lus. M?thodique et rigoureux, vous poss?dez une aisance r?dactionnelle et relationnelle et savez travailler en transversalit?.
