Job Overview:


As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Supply Chain for our merchandising products.

This includes supplier sourcing, purchasing, procurement, logistics management, and stock management.

You will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

You will also work closely with our Operations team to optimize our Supply Chain processes and drive efficiency across the organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Source and manage relationships with suppliers for our merchandising products
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure the best possible value
  • Manage the purchasing process, including creating purchase orders, tracking order status, and ensuring timely delivery of products
  • Oversee all aspects of procurement, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
  • Manage the logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
  • Develop and implement inventory management processes to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on Supply Chain initiatives
  • Continuously monitor and analyze Supply Chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations, preferably in a startup/scaleup or consulting company
  • Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, purchasing, procurement, logistics management, and stock management
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with inventory management systems and processes
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
