To support our growth ambition, we are looking for an experienced
Tech Transformation Program Manager to join our teams based in Marseille.


Context:


We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Transformation Program Manager with a strong background in engineering and extensive experience in project management to lead our technology initiatives and oversee our Project Management Office (PMO).

This role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of our technology programs and aligning them with our strategic business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Program Management: Oversee multiple technology projects from initiation through completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation in project management practices by incorporating new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

PMO Leadership: Establish and manage the PMO's strategic direction. Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure consistent project delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between technology teams, business units, and external partners. Facilitate clear communication and ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.

Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to maximize efficiency and meet project deliverables.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project timeline and deliverables.

Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on project status, resources, and potential issues to senior management. Use data analytics to improve project outcomes and drive decision-making.

Change Management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new project management practices, tools, and methodologies.

Training and Development: Provide training and support to R&D teams to enhance their project management capabilities, including Agile methodologies, effective collaboration techniques, and utilization of project management tools.

Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of project management practices across R&D squads, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D leaders and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project management practices with business objectives and priorities.

Champion Best Practices: Promote best practices in project management, encourage knowledge sharing, and facilitate communities of practice within R&D.

Transformation Initiatives: Lead the transformation of project management practices across all R&D squads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in setting up or managing a PMO.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is advantageous.
