Our client, based in St Tropez, France, is seeking a Facilities Manager / Gardener on a full-time basis. This is a secondary residence, so the family only visit on occasion.

Responsibilities:

Minor repairs and maintenance of all buildings and objects in the house and on the property
Technically versed (highend technology throughout the whole residence heating, ventilation, sanitation)
Supervision and coordination of craftsmen
Maintenance of the entire private garden area including lawn and plant care, watering, keeping the pool area clean and all work required to maintain the garden and driveway
Maintenance of the vehicle fleet (manual washing of vehicles and refuelling)

Must haves:

Many years of professional experience as a Facilities Manager / Gardener
Excellent references from previous employers
Independent and proactive way of working
Valid EU passport
Valid drivers licence
Willingness to work at the weekends and during holiday season, when technical problems occur
High level of discretion, reliability, and responsibility
Independent and proactive way of working
Fluent in English and/or German preferably
