Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Management of 4 Coordinators split per commodity type
Product manager for Aftersales products: 2nd line, Reman, Genuine Oils, Chemicals, tires, repairwith objective to benchmark, rationalize and animate product line-up
Identify new opportunities to increase the range coverage of new commodities
Be the business leader & define product strategy (target customer, deployment, sales channels) to guide operation during milestones meeting
Set the recommended pricing for AMIEO
Support TdC opportunities within Aftersales department
Daily support projects execution team:
Engineering, Logistics, Project management, Purchase,
Support Nissan European Regional Business Units (RBUs) business for the launch of global or local actions (seasonal campaigns, dealer kits, etc.)
Adapt & Deploy NML strategy at RHQ level
Support requests from the Management and Aftersales events preparation (FRM, etc.).
Continuous process improvements for higher efficiency and control
Geographical Scope:
AMIEO region
Main stakeholders:
- Regional Business Units / Nissan National Sales Companies.
- Nissan Europe internal departments: Pricing, Service Engineering, etc.
- Nissan mother division Global Aftersales in Japan (NML).
- Alliance.
- Suppliers.
