Le département Recherche et Développement (R&D) axe ses projets sur l'innovation en mettant au point des anticorps monoclonaux spécifiques de chaque espèce dans le but d'élargir sa gamme de tests de diagnostic.
Les départements Production et Contrôle Qualité (CQ) travaillent en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe R&D afin d'adapter les réactifs sur nos technologies d'Immuno-Chromatographie et Gel dans le but d'offrir à nos clients un produit fiable et simple d'utilisation.
Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Supérieur(e) de laboratoire en culture cellulaire et R&D et/ou Ingénieur(e) CDI Temps plein (35h) ou Temps partiel (28h)
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
Participer aux différentes phases de développement de projets de recherche axés sur la génération d'anticorps monoclonaux murins incluant la caractérisation des clones obtenus.
Assurer les étapes de production d'anticorps monoclonaux incluant le maintien des lignées cellulaires, les étapes de purifications ainsi que les contrôles qualités.
Voici les prérequis demandés pour le poste :
Vous justifiez d'une formation BAC + 2 /3 minimum scientifique biologie/biotechnologie
Expérience préalable de 5 ANS en culture cellulaire dans un environnement de laboratoire
Connaissance des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire (BPL) et des normes de sécurité
Maitrise de la Dialyse, purification (ÄKTA start) et dosage des protéines
Connaissances en Biologie Génerale, Biologie Cellulaire et Immunologie de base
Capacité à suivre des protocoles expérimentaux détaillés avec précision
Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
