As a Moderation Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of moderators and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the moderation process.

You will work closely with the Operations team to maintain a safe and positive online environment for our clients' users.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Manage a team of moderators, providing guidance and support
Define moderation guidelines and ensure they are followed
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the moderation team
Collaborate with the Operations team to identify and implement improvements to the moderation process
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content moderation
Handle escalated moderation issues and provide resolutions

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Previous experience as a moderation manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities
Good understanding of online content moderation principles and best practices
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities
Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
