Are you looking for a new opportunity in a fast-moving global company with a family feel? A job where you could have an impact?We are looking for a Vulnerability Expert to provide support to EUSPA for the GSMC.
The position is to be based in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France, providing direct services to the GSMC.
Tasks and Activities:
The scope of work will include:
- Operating the internal Vulnerability Tool.
- Supporting the engineering teams with Service Validations.
- Managing the network maps of the Galileo infrastructure ("under development", "as designed", "as operated").
- Vulnerability risk scoring and mitigation strategies definition.
- Reporting to stakeholders on the vulnerabilities under their responsibility.
- Supporting the GSMC Cybersecurity Manager (CSM) during the Cyber Review Boards by preparing and participating actively in the required Board inputs.
- Providing support to the GSMC Operations team on any other tasks under your responsibility.
- Keeping the GSMC Vulnerability Management archive, and related procedures, up to date.
- Supporting R/T cyber operations and any other activity within the Cyber Ops team as deemed necessary by the GSMC CSM.
Skills and Experience:
The following skills and experience are mandatory:
- A Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Physics or Computer Science, with proven knowledge and experience in the fields of security risk analysis.
- At least 3 years of expertise in Vulnerability and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of security domain, security design best practices.
- Knowledge of how to work with classified documents (Due to high level of security of the Galileo systems, a part of the main tasks will have to be done in a TEMPEST protected room).
- Previous working experience in a multinational environment.
- Eligible to work in the EU and able to obtain EU Security clearance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High sense of rigour and a proactive and pragmatic attitude to solving problems.
- Autonomy in writing technical notes, specifications and reports in English.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and resultoriented.
- Excellent communication skills (written, interpersonal, negotiation and telephone communications).
- Availability and willingness to travel for missions inside Europe.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Experience working in a space environment.
- Experience with industrial procurement, development and conduction of reviews.
- Experience on Ground Segment elements and network deployment and qualification.
