Description
Au sein de la Direction Marketing Achat, sur le périmètre de notre Marque Propre (MDD) : deux marques principales Altech et Alterna.L'enjeu principal est d'affiner notre politique de Marque Propre (MDD) pour accélérer le développement de ces marques.
Tes missions :
1.Marketer nos MDD
Formaliser la présentation des gammes existantes dans les trois marchés Sanitaire, Chauffage et Plomberie, dans le but notamment de former nos équipes de vente.
Travailler sur des argumentaires à destination des clients / vendeurs.
Aider pour les outils de communication : catalogue, packaging, documentation.
2. Support de l'équipe MDD
Travailler en soutien de l'équipe MDD.
Contribuer à accroître l'efficacité du service en épaulant les Chefs de produit, sur des sujets identifiés avec eux. Par exemple :
* Analyser les performances : CA et Marge par sous-familles de produits, étudier des positionnements prix (écarts de prix par rapport aux marques leaders sur certains runners).
* Réaliser des études de marchés
* Veiller à la mise en place des produits en LS selon les préconisations de l'équipe MDD en termes de plan de stock et de merchandising.
* Prendre part à la sélection des fournisseurs et de l'offre produits
Alternance pour une durée de 24 mois, à pourvoir à partir de septembre 2024.
