Acteur mondial, ses clients peuvent compter sur ses équipes pour le développement de nouveaux produits, les livraisons quotidiennes et le support qualité et/ou réglementaire.
Notre client s'appuie sur un plan d'investissement à long-terme pour maintenir ses usines à la pointe de la technologie et développer les compétences de ses équipes.

Compétences dans la conception de produits CVC ou en thermique ou en thermodynamique
Contexte international
Maitrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral obligatoire
- Assurer la réalisation des livrables R&D et l'atteinte des objectifs coûts, délais, qualité,
- Définir et piloter les plans d'action afin de limiter les risques techniques du projet,
- Réaliser les calculs de dimensionnements et de performances,
- Piloter les analyses de risques et de mode de défaillance (DFMEA),
- Suivre la conception et la réalisation de prototypes et préséries,
- Définir les essais de qualifications et suivre leur réalisation,
- Animer les réunions techniques et coordonner les différents acteurs du projet.
Pour réussir votre challenge, vous vous appuyez sur un groupe projet expérimenté et pluridisciplinaire, un laboratoire d'essai d'envergure européenne, des moyens de conception mécanique innovants, une équipe méthodes industrielles.
Votre profil
De formation Ingénieur en Thermique ou généraliste, vous avez des connaissances en thermodynamique et/ou dimensionnement d'échangeurs.
Vous bénéficiez de 5 ans minimum d'expérience dans le développement de nouveaux produits en R&D et avez déjà exercé le pilotage d'un projet.
