In collaboration with the Cash Management, the Credit Management, and the IT, the Cash Manager Analyst H/F is responsible to secure payments (in and out) for whole Group.

This mission concerns securitization and optimisation of the suppliers payments, off line customers payments but also DTC.


Contribute to our success:


The Cash Manager Analyst H/F works in the collaboration with the Group cash analyst on the daily treasury and the necessary daily balance transfer.


  • Define operational procedures and controls to secure financial flows
  • Implement group processes
  • To monitor the payment methods (powers of signatories, company cards, TMS)
  • To ensure that subsidiaries are complying to Goup SEB procedures
  • Coordinate specific projects (Fraud preventive tool, implementation of new payment instruments, etc )
  • Continuously improve and secure IT systems supporting cash flows in a very fast changing technological environment

The

Group Financial flows Security analyst

oversees the following processes:
  • TMS & Bank Communication System administration and interphases maintenance
  • Securing financial flows by reviewing payment methods
  • Implement a group process for monitoring the delegation of power for authorized signatories (TMS and banking partners)
  • Implement a group process for the Corporate Card
  • Monitor and secure the full process of the company cards holders within the group
  • Implement, secure and deploy the group corporate Card program (new partners, new countries)
  • Monitor and negotiate the conditions to optimize the financial costs
  • Closely follow up of the banking fees (per banking partners, per country, per payment means, per cash pool)
  • Interface between Treasury and credit management department
  • D2C project
  • Payment means' selection and deployment
  • Payment Service Provider administration and interphases maintenance
  • Deploy PSP Group
  • Collaborate in the change management to sensibilize on the fraud
  • Cash Management
  • Manage in daily and monthly cash reconciliation process
  • To consolidate the daily group cash position to better manage the cash a group level (issuing NeuCP or investing new deposits)

Share your skills:


  • Master degree in finance management
  • 2 to 5 years experience in operational in bank or in corporate function
  • Financial systems skills are necessary : Adyen PSP and TMS
  • Fluent English
  • Good analytical and critical skill to constantly evolve existing techniques and procedures
  • Good interpersonal skills (many and varied contacts), Adaptability (people, tools, procedures, organization...), High flexibility, Ability to influence and negotiate
