    Payplug, c'est une équipe de 350 passionnés dédiés à la réalisation de vos plus grandes ambitions.

    Nous accompagnons aujourd'hui PME telles que Hast et Plantes pour tous, mais aussi de grands groupes comme Maisons du Monde, Veepee et Payplug fait partie du Groupe BPCE depuis 2017.

    Depuis plusieurs années, nous sommes présents sur le marché Italien, nous comptons près de 1 000 clients à notre actif sur ce territoire et une dizaine de passionnés dédiés à ce marché

    VOS MISSIONS :

    En pleine phase d'accélération commerciale dans un marché dynamique et mouvant, Payplug est en réflexion permanente sur les différentes offres proposées et sur sa proposition de valeur.

    Tes missions seraient les suivantes :

    • Participation à la chasse directe de nouveaux clients avec les commerciaux ;
    • Qualification des différentes demandes entrantes à redistribuer dans les différentes équipes

    Les plus :

    Le quotidien d'un Sales (managers, chargés de partenariat, Sales, SDR & Stagiaires inclus) est rythmé par plusieurs rituels importants :

    • Formation mensuelle dédiée au produit (API, Concurrence, Modules, Intégrations en cours, nouvelles fonctionnalités...) ;
    • Formation mensuelles dédiée aux techniques commerciales selon les niveaux ;
    • Formation dédiée aux enjeux métiers par BUs (Démonstration, prise de parole ...) ;
    • Team Building Sales récurrents.

    Hiring Process

    • Entretien RH avec Bintou, Talent Acquisition Manager (45') ;
    • Entretien avec Océane, Team Lead Sales (30') ;
    • Entretien avec Mirella, Country Manager Italie (30') ;
    • Team fit avec Riccardo, Sales Italy
    • 1 référence.

    Requirements

    • Profil chasseur ;
    • Esprit d'équipe ;
    • Curiosité ;
    • Langue maternelle italien, avec un bon niveau de français.

    Benefits

    Modalités / avantages de travail :

    • Début : Juillet 2024 ;
    • Durée : 6 mois ;
    • Gratification : 900 à 1 400€ selon profil ;
