You will draft, review, and negotiate different types of contracts, for example consulting agreements, engagement letters, waiver letters, confidentiality agreements, subcontracting agreements.You will work closely with consultants on a variety of engagement-related legal matters on a daily basis and provide them with legal advice on a variety of engagement-related legal issues and on internal compliance and risk management topics.Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating contractual terms; will work together and liaise with other lawyers, contracts counsels and paralegals across Europe in diverse jurisdictions; and will collaborate with colleagues (Europe and worldwide) outside the legal department (e.g., risk managers, external relations/communications, office and practice leadership, local administrative leaders).This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a team of outstanding professionals.
