Soutenir le développement commercial de notre plateforme AXA IM Core en contribuant directement à la collecte de nouveaux encours auprès des investisseurs institutionnels et des distributeurs.
Principales responsabilités :
Vous souhaitez faire vos premiers pas dans l'Asset Management ? En tant que nouvel apprenti.e dédié aux appels d'offres chez AXA IM Core, vous aurez l'opportunité d'acquérir une vision approfondie de l'industrie de la gestion d'actifs, de découvrir le quotidien d'un grand gestionnaire d'actifs international et d'être en contact avec nos équipes commerciales, d'investissement et marketing.
L'apprenti.e soutiendra le développement commercial de notre plateforme AXA IM Core, spécialisée dans les actifs liquides : stratégies actions, obligations et multi-actifs.
Pour ce faire, il/elle contribuera directement à la collecte de nouveaux encours auprès des investisseurs institutionnels et des distributeurs, grâce à une étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'investissement et de vente. L'apprenti aura l'opportunité de tisser des liens précieux et de profiter des conseils de mentors expérimentés investis dans sa croissance et son développement. À cette fin, l'apprenti aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Assister dans l'analyse des besoins et des exigences en investissement des clients potentiels, et participer à la création de solutions d'investissement sur mesure pour de grands investisseurs institutionnels, en collaboration avec des spécialistes en investissement, des commerciaux et des gérants de fonds.
- Coordonner les ressources de l'entreprise afin de répondre aux questionnaires d'appels d'offres et de due diligence (suivi du processus de réponse aux questionnaires en définissant les délais à respecter, identification des sources d'information et des contributeurs, mise en évidence des aspects les plus importants afin d'assurer des réponses de haute qualité)
- Assumer des responsabilités significatives qui contribuent directement aux objectifs de notre équipe, démontrant ainsi votre potentiel et ajoutant une réelle valeur à nos efforts en matière commerciale.
- Collaborer étroitement avec une équipe de professionnels de la gestion d'actifs (gérants de portefeuille, experts ESG, spécialistes produits, conformité, juridique, Opérations, etc.) pour créer des propositions d'investissement réussies, basées sur nos stratégies phares en actions, obligations et multi-actifs
- Participer à l'amélioration de nos processus
- Mise à jour des bases de données clients et du contenu des outils RFP
- Contribution à des projets transversaux de l'équipe
