- Handle customer inquiries via email using Kustomer in the customer's native language.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by resolving issues, providing product details, and addressing queries.
- Collaborate with CX teams to maintain top-notch customer service across all supported languages.
- Monitor and manage various social media platforms in multiple languages to swiftly respond to customer messages, comments, and DMs.
- Foster positive customer engagement and cultivate brand loyalty through interactive and informative social media interactions.
- Work with the social media team to align CX-Social strategies with overarching marketing goals.
- Contribute to building a Knowledge Base for essential product names.
- Review and offer feedback on product pages, advertisements, and copy materials.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, either as a native speaker or holding a CFER C1 level in German, French, and/or Spanish to engage effectively with regional stakeholders.
- Prior experience in customer service, social media management, and translation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and all supported languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to handling queries and issues.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Agora Pulse or Sprout.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Great organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- An enthusiasm for languages, cultures, and global market trends is advantageous.
