Discover the role

Legal Intern will handle all legal and administrative matters of client companies while being supported in learning & development by a senior team member and TMF Business Academy curriculum dedicated to the role and our industry.

TMF acts as a Director for client companies either in personal or corporate names.

The new joiner will support our Senior Legal Officer who acts as Director for client companies with the preparation of documents, as well as the organization and administration of the documents signed.

Key Responsibilities

Assists in handling daytoday legal and corporate matters for our client companies under the supervision of the Legal Team such as incorporations, liquidations, annual meetings of shareholders, board meetings, share purchases etc.;
Assists the Legal team with administrative tasks (account openings, filings, Commercial Court )
Assist with relevant compliance matters

About you

Please note that we're considering only French residents._
A university degree in Law
Fluency in English and French is a must
Good organizational and analytical skills and initiative
Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and international clients
Teamwork oriented person
