Job Description:


The Talent Experience Senior Manager defines and deploy the global strategy for head offices and hotel operations as it pertains to Talent Management and Engagement programs.

Working in close collaboration with the 4 regional Talent & Culture teams, this role deploys the Engagement strategy and Talent Management strategy, roll out the strategic roadmap, provides toolkits to enable and empower the Regions to directly launch and manage programs within the hotels and head offices.


The Talent Experience Senior Manager is part of the overall Global Talent Experience & Digitalization Department with the aim to define and build strategic programs and provide support to our T&C Regional organizations.

He/ she manages a team of 3 Talent.


The key responsibilities:

Talent Management

  • Support the rollout and the deployment of Talent Management processes:
  • Deliver tool kit to support the process roll out
  • Define the digital processes in our systems
  • Manage the consolidation of Global Talent Review for COMEX
  • Facilitate the new High potential program

Talent Engagement

  • Deploy & adapt new strategy, communication and change materials and support for international Head offices survey
  • Manage our service provider in charge of surveys
  • Animation of the international network of global T&C relays for the deployment of the annual global survey (+ 160,000 respondents)
  • Design, preparation, communication, coordination, reporting and Analysis of the survey

Qualifications:


  • Higher Education in Human Resources, Hospitality or Project Management is preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably in hospitality or retail
  • Fluent in English and French is required (oral and written)
  • Strong experience in Talent Management
  • Fluency/comfort with Digital tools, PPT, excel
  • Service orientated and innovative mindset
  • Collaborative spirit
  • Organize and able to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Rigorous, Attention to details
  • Excellent presentation skills
