Détails de la Mission
Au sein du service Supply Chain, et rattaché(e) à la Coordinatrice Supply Chain, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Gérer un portefeuille clients :
o Garantir la saisie des contrats, des commandes, la vérification de la disponibilité des produits, la confirmation au client, l'affrètement et la facturation dans le respect des délais impartis.
o Garantir la prise en compte et l'application des instructions des responsables de marché et/ou assistants commerciaux concernés.
o S'assurer du suivi du portefeuille client.
o Garantir l'archivage des documents nécessaires.
o Garantir le traitement administratif des retours et avoirs clients.
- Assurer le suivi des commandes suite aux demandes client et/ou transporteur et impératifs internes
Cette liste n'est pas limitative.
Profil Recherché
Ce contrat s'adresse aux étudiant(e)s préparant un BTS Commerce International ou équivalent.
Vous êtes autonome, force de proposition, vous avez un fort intérêt pour l'export.
Vous savez communiquer en anglais.
A pourvoir à partir de septembre 2024 pour une durée de deux ans.
