    The Euronext Corporate Services team is composed of over professionals that combine a strong local footprint across Europe with a deep understanding of global capital markets. They help organisations, both listed and non-listed, private and public, make the most effective use of capital markets and run more efficiently.

    Euronext Corporate Services already serves more than 4,+ clients including over listed companies, private companies, advisors and public organisations. Our clients are located across all Euronext markets (Belgium, France, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway Portugal,) but also beyond (e.g. UK, Nordics, Spain, Germany).

    This unique and comprehensive value proposition is articulated around four main pillars:

    • Governance : Our board portal solution "iBabs" help organizations to secure, organize and run board meetings more efficiently (save time preparing agendas and board packs, collaborate easily with annotations, voting, meeting summaries).
    • Communication : We are the market leader in webinars and webcasts services for financial results, internal communication, marketing and external communication with our solution Company Webcast. We help our clients to increase their visibility, engagement and international coverage. We also provide flexible and customized market data components for Investor Relations websites of listed companies.
    • Compliance : Our InsiderLog products offer a solution to automate the management of inside information and insider lists for both issuers and their professional advisors. Our tool aims to save time and ensure compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
    • Investor Relations : Our Advisory team provides high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics for listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets. Our IR.Manager tool provides a complete and intuitive IR management and targeting platform for corporate IR teams to professionalize the workflow and engagement.

    Our Advisory team is one of the first Euronext Corporate Services initiatives, providing value-added services to issuers since . Our team of advisors assists senior management at issuers, providing high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics for listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets: shareholders identification and diversification, understanding of investors' perception and expectations, leveraging the listing with market experts and ensuring most efficient and appealing extra-financial performance communication.

    The ESG Advisory Associate will be part of the Advisory & IR Solutions team at Corporate Services, which mission consists in supporting listed companies in making the most of their relationships with capital markets.

    Under the supervision of the ESG Manager, you will be in charge of addressing the growing needs of listing companies for meeting their sustainable requirements in capital markets:

    Ensure a strong cooperation and alignment across Advisory and IR Solutions' team

    When relevant, be an active leader representing the ESG advisory on all Euronext's places

    When relevant, animate a network of business partners in order to propose a relevant offer to Clients

    Execute this strategy by ensuring the right level of commercial intensity, managing the commercial pipeline across all Euronext countries and leading contractual phases according to Euronext's policies

    Be responsible for client engagement and loyalty, creating and establishing productive, collaborative, and trustful relationships in high quality standards of missions' delivery

    We are looking for ESG Advisory Associate to join our dynamic ESG Advisory team assisting Euronext issuers in implementation of the CSRD regulation. The ideal candidate has 3-5yrs of experience in CSR/ESG consulting or extra-financial reporting role within a large European company with hands-on experience in:

    Sustainability expertise required:

    • Familiarity with CSRD
    • Double materiality assessment
    • CSR Reporting (including CSRD)
    • Project management
    • Carbon footprint assessment
    • Decarbonation action plans and trajectory
    • Environmental risks assessment
    • EU Taxonomy

    Would be a plus: Life cycle analysis

    Languages:

    • French (proficiency)
    • English (proficiency)
    • Italian would be a plus
