YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Paris (75), at our head office from March 2024 to September 2024

You will join the team in charge of Talent Development for Danone Executives.

Our mission is to ensure the development of the company's leaders in order to set them up for success and thus better serve Danone's growth.

You will be supported by Marisa, Executives Development Lead.

Contribute to the Executives' talent cycle:

scouting, recruitment, advertising, mobility, etc.
Participate in the development of future Executives by supporting the preparation of leadership programs.
Support the management of Talent / Performance processes for Executives: Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance calibration.
Ensure data quality in collaboration with the

Talent Analyst:
monitoring of entries/exits, promotions, diversity and other talent data.

Support Executives on a daytoday basis through : Individual and group Onboarding, Development and Learning.

THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:

Up to 2 days/week of telecommuting
Internship: You'll receive a bonus ranging from €1,300 (Bac+4 and Césure) to €1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month.
