ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as Accreditation Liaison Officer between On Location and Paris 2024 Accreditation department to ensure comprehensive collection and submission of all OL workforce accreditation information.
  • Work with On Location Workforce team to gather Accreditation requirements from all On Location Functional Areas and define the Accreditation Privilege Matrix to ensure smooth access and operations for On Location staff and vendors operationally involved in Paris 2024 Games, either within the Olympic Venues (In Venue Hospitality
  • IVH), at Out of Venue Ospitality venues and any other official hospitality venue.
  • Liaise with On Location Workforce and Technology teams to ensure OL Accreditation System is properly customised to allow a smooth Accreditation Application Process for On Location staff and vendors.
  • Monitor status of On Location Accreditation Applications and followup with relevant On Locations functional areas (FAs) to make sure deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with On Location Workforce and Technology teams and Paris 2024 Accreditation department for submission of On Location Staff and vendor data through data export/import.
  • Gather Paris 2024 secondpart passes (Access Cards) requirements from On Location FAs and submit requests to Paris 2024 Accreditation department.
  • Receive Paris 2024 secondpart passes (Access Cards) from P24 ACR and coordinate their collection with the relevant On Location FA focal points.
  • Ensure that any internal systems used to capture personal data for the creation of credentials and accreditations are fully compliant with all relevant data protection laws and On Location and Endeavor policies.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of Client Group Accreditation coordinators and liaise with existing On Location resources for seamless, efficient and highperforming integration and coordination for specific projects and tasks.
  • Liaise with Paris 2024 Accreditation department booking of dedicated timeslots for simplified Accreditation pickup for On Location staff and vendors and inform On Location FA focal points accordingly.
  • Monitor status of On Location Accreditation Pass pickup with Paris 2024 Accreditation department and followup with On Location FAs when required.
  • Liaise with On Location Workforce team to capture On Location staff and vendors' Accreditation requirements for all On Location venues for which access is not managed by Paris 202
  • Develop in agreement with the relevant On Location FAs comprehensive request and distribution policies & procedures of accreditation pass and supplementary access control devices for efficient deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Minimum five years of experience managing guest registration and credentialing for largescale global events or hospitality programs.
  • Proven expertise in understanding, designing and implementing Access Control Systems
  • 10 years of experience with accreditation and/or registration systems and databases
  • Experience in managing a crosscultural team of event professionals
  • Stron
