Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly motivated Associate with a background in M&A and a strong emphasis on TMT to join our growing team. As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior team members in executing M&A transactions, conducting industry research, financial analysis, and contributing to client presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including conducting due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation analysis.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis, particularly within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors.
• Prepare detailed presentations and reports for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transaction processes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities within the TMT sector.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance, preferably with exposure to TMT transactions.
• Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and English, with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
