    Join us as the first Creative Lead at Qonto to redefine and elevate our brand narrative across Europe Your creative insights and direction will not only enhance our brands visual identity but also deepen our engagement with customers
    As a Creative Lead you will collaborate closely with our Brand Design Lead and the Growth team Youll play a pivotal role in transforming our creative concepts into compelling campaigns and brand activation that resonate widely reinforcing Qontos position as a leader in business finance management
    As a Creative Lead at Qonto you will:
    Develop the production of innovative brand campaigns that align with our strategic goals and resonate with diverse audiences Lead the creative process from concept to completion ensuring high standards of visual communication and brand consistency Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate brand strategies and enhance user engagement Mentor a team of designers fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of creative outputs using datadriven insights to guide future creative decisions
