- Orchestrer l'activité de l'équipe (environ 10 personnes) en travaillant sur l'adéquation des ressources, des compétences.
- S'assurer que les contrôles microbiologiques, physico-chimiques et documentaires soient réalisés selon la documentation appropriée et dans les délais définis.
- Participer à la gestion interne, à l'organisation et à l'optimisation du service ainsi qu'à la mise à jour documentaire et réglementaire du secteur : conformité des dossiers de lots vis à vis des exigences GMP et réglementaires, suivi métrologique des équipements de mesure du secteur, gestion des outils de contrôles, suivi des écarts type OOS/OOT, investigations
- Recruter, développer l'équipe et anticiper le besoin en ressources.
- Collaborer avec les équipes partenaires (production, supply chain, industrialisation, qualité opérationnelle...), afin d'optimiser et fluidifier les processus et les plannings de contrôle.
- Relayer et développer le leadership en termes de culture sécurité
- Contribuer aux projets d'amélioration continue de l'activité : renouvellement d'équipements, plan de progrès, innovations...
- Formation Supérieure niveau Bac +2/3 minimum dans un domaine scientifique tel que la biologie, microbiologie ou physicochimie.
- Expérience confirmée dans un service de flux (contrôle qualité, production) ou qualité dans les domaines biotechnologique ou pharmaceutique.
- Bonne connaissance des référentiels afférents aux réglementations et standards applicables à notre domaine : CFR 21, GMP, ISO.
- Esprit critique, capacité à prendre des initiatives et à être force de proposition dans la gestion du risque.
- Autonomie, leadership, rigueur, esprit d'équipe, agilité
- Vous avez un niveau d'anglais opérationnel.

Le département Contrôle Qualité de notre site de La Balme-Les Grottes recherche un CDI – Responsable d'Activité Contrôle Qualité F/H/NB, évoluant au sein de l'équipe de flux Vitamy'NS sur les gammes VITEK, ID, TEMPO, API, MYCO, et rattaché au Quality Control Manager.
Quelles seront vos responsabilités ?
Les techniques utilisées sont majoritairement basées sur les fondamentaux de la microbiologie (dénombrement, identification, test de performance).
